2.1 Healthcare Professionals: The Platform allows registered healthcare professionals to manage patient information, schedule appointments, provide remote consultations, and manage their healthcare practices.
2.2 Patients: The Platform enables registered patients to access their health records, schedule appointments, receive virtual consultations, and communicate with their healthcare providers.
3. Privacy and Data Security
3.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
3.2 Healthcare professionals and patients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and account information.
4. Medical Advice and Consultations
4.1 The Platform provides a means for communication between healthcare professionals and patients. However, the information provided through the Platform should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis.
4.2 Healthcare professionals using the Platform are responsible for providing accurate and reliable medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations.

5.1 The content and materials provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Botsogo Jwame.

6. Termination

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Botswana.
